Leading Dubai-based developer Binghatti has made a major land acquisition in the prestigious Meydan district, Nad Al Sheba 1. The newly purchased plot will be the foundation for a large-scale, master-planned residential community with an estimated development value of Dh25 billion.
Major Milestone in Binghatti’s Expansion Strategy
Covering approximately 8 million square feet of gross floor area, the project represents one of Binghatti’s largest land investments to date. The developer confirmed the acquisition was fully self-financed, underlining the strength of its financial model.
